Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 12460921 Canada Inc. and Art of the Problem. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Products and Services Our products are strictly digital (MP3, WAV, FLAC, or other audio formats). Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your files. No physical products will be shipped.

Section 2 - Intellectual Property & Usage License When you purchase music from Art of the Problem, you are purchasing a license for personal use only, not the copyright to the music.

You May:

  • Download the files to your personal devices.

  • Listen to the music for personal enjoyment.

  • Burn the music to a CD or transfer to a device for your own personal use.

You May NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the music files to others.

  • Upload the music to file-sharing websites or torrent sites.

  • Use the music in commercial projects (videos, films, ads, podcasts) without obtaining a separate Commercial License from us.

  • Claim the music or composition as your own work.

Art of the Problem retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the music sold on this site.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Third-Party Tools We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as digital download delivery apps) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
