Returns & Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products (music downloads/digital assets), all sales are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the files have been downloaded or emailed to you, as digital items cannot be "returned."
Exceptions We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We may offer a refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:

Corrupted or Defective Files: If the file you downloaded is damaged or does not play correctly, please contact us immediately.

Undelivered Goods: If you did not receive the download link via email within 24 hours of purchase.
How to Request Support If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at britjcruise@gmail.com with your Order Number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve technical problems or provide a replacement link as soon as possible.
European Union / UK Customers If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a right to cancel within 14 days. However, by downloading digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
