Refund policy
The short version
If we got something wrong, we fix it or refund it. If you bought digital access and never used it, you can still have your money back. Below is the detail.
GrowBot Pass and brain credits
- Not yet redeemed? Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full and void the code. No explanation needed.
- Already redeemed? Once a pass has been redeemed the access and the credits have been delivered, so we cannot refund it. This is the same reason a downloaded file cannot be returned.
- We will always refund or replace where a code never arrived, was already used when you got it, or does not work. Tell us and we will sort it out.
- Accidentally bought the same thing twice? We refund the duplicate.
Music
Music is delivered as a download, so all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. We will still refund or resend if the files are corrupted, if you never received your link, or if you purchased the same album twice.
Growbot Founder Batch Kit
- Before it ships: cancel any time for a full refund, including the shipping you paid. Email info@growbot.dev with your order number. Because this is a preorder that may sit for months, we would rather refund you than hold money you have changed your mind about.
- After it arrives: if it is damaged, incomplete, or does not work, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover return shipping when the fault is ours.
- Changed your mind after delivery: return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. You cover the return shipping, and the original $20 shipping is not refunded.
Apparel
Shirts and hoodies are printed individually for you, so we cannot accept returns simply because of a change of mind or a size choice. Please check the size guide before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure.
We will replace or refund any item that arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered. Email info@growbot.dev within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
How to request a refund
Email info@growbot.dev with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
You generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital products, you lose that right of withdrawal once the download or the redemption has started, which you agree to when you redeem. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by anything in this policy.
