What ships and what does not

We sell both digital products and physical products, and they are delivered very differently. Please read the section that matches your order.

Digital products: GrowBot Pass, brain credits, and music

Nothing is shipped to your address. Delivery is by email, and it is immediate.

  • Your access link arrives with your order confirmation email, normally within a few minutes of payment.
  • The GrowBot Pass link is what you use to bring your creature to life. Keep the email, or redeem it right away on the phone you plan to use.
  • If your link has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder, and if you use Gmail check the Promotions tab.
  • Still nothing? Email us at info@growbot.dev with your order number and we will resend it by hand.

Growbot Founder Batch Kit: a preorder

The Founder Batch Kit is a preorder for hardware that is still being manufactured. Please order it knowing the following.

  • Estimated dispatch: October 2026. This is an estimate for a first production run, not a guaranteed date. If it slips we will email every preorder holder rather than let you wonder.
  • Destinations: worldwide. We ship the Founder Batch Kit anywhere we can reach.
  • Shipping cost: $20 flat to any address in the world, calculated at checkout.
  • The Founder Batch is 1,000 numbered units. Your number is assigned in order of purchase.
  • You are responsible for any import duties or taxes your own country charges, though at this weight and value they are often zero.
  • You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. See our refund policy.

Your GrowBot Pass access is not held back waiting for hardware. If your order includes digital access, that arrives immediately and you can play with his mind in your browser tonight. The body arrives in October.

Apparel

Shirts and hoodies are printed to order by our print partner, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

  • Printing normally takes 2 to 7 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • We ship apparel worldwide. Rates are flat by region and are shown at checkout before you pay, currently starting around $4.75 in the United States and around $11.99 for most of the rest of the world.
  • Transit time after dispatch depends on your region, typically 3 to 10 business days domestically and longer internationally.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

Wrong address, or need to change an order

Email info@growbot.dev with your order number as soon as you can. We can usually fix an address before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover shipping again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or the parcel turns up damaged, email info@growbot.dev within 30 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
