Digital Delivery Policy Because we sell digital music files (MP3, WAV, FLAC), no physical products will be shipped to your address.

How Delivery Works

• Instant Download: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page where you can access your files.

   

• Email Confirmation: You will also receive an email containing a secure link to download your music. This email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Delivery Timing Downloads are typically available instantly. However, in some cases, there may be a delay of a few minutes while your payment is processed. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check the following:

1. Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails often end up here.

2. Promotions Tab: If you use Gmail, check your "Promotions" tab.

Download Limits Your purchase grants you a license to download the files. We recommend downloading them to your computer immediately and backing them up. If your link expires or you reach your download limit, please contact support.

Issues with Delivery If you have not received your email link or are unable to download the files, please contact us at britjcruise@gmail.com with your Order Number, and we will manually resend your files.
